Interested in replacement products for your home that come with a lifetime of care? Here’s what you need to know about our Lifetime Warranty.
1. All replacement products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Whether you’re installing new kitchen windows or replacing your patio door, you can expect to receive warranty coverage for each replacement product purchased from Window World. For as long as you own your home, that coverage remains in place.
2. Our warranty is transferable to a subsequent homeowner.
Should you decide to move at any time following installation, your warranty may be transferable to the new homeowner. And we’ve made it easy to transfer your warranty—simply submit a warranty transfer form and fee to Window World within 30 days of the sale of your home.
3. Labor costs are covered by your warranty for up to five years.
While some restrictions apply, Window World will provide repair services for up to five years after product installation. That means you can get the replacement products you need with the professional repair job you expect at no additional cost.
4. Our warranty covers vinyl parts, mechanical parts and glass.
We offer coverage for material and workmanship defects related to vinyl window components, mechanical parts, including locks and balances, and glass insulation and breakage. With defect coverage, you can keep your exterior products in top condition for years to come.
